After becoming a mom in 1998, Sharon launched The Finders in her spare bedroom without any technology whatsoever and credits her success to having faith, a “no quit” attitude, and focusing on progress over perfection.

Sharon’s recruiting experience began more than 20 years ago when she answered a newspaper ad for a “no-experience-necessary” sales position for a local staffing company. With only a phone book and telephone on her desk, Sharon got to work. In 1998, Sharon started Tech Finders in her spare bedroom. Under her leadership, Tech Finders grew into a twice-named INC 5000 Company and THE 2018 #1 Tech Recruiting firm in Arizona.
