Systems & Small Steps with Olenka Cullinan, #iStartFirst
Episode 18 is out and in this podcast, I sat down with female rockstar, speaker, founder and CEO of #iStartFirst, Amazon best selling author, and women’s coach, Olenka Cullinan.
Olenka has developed a “Backbone of Success”™ method that helps leaders to up-level their business and mindset. Her work as a venture mentor nationwide, combined with humor and personal experiences led to her two TEDx talks, Phoenix Business Journal 40Under40class of 2017, global exposure and made her into one of the nation’s premier consultants.
As the daughter of a mom entrepreneur who built a successful business from the ground up in Russia, Olenka and her brother made a pact that they’d never become entrepreneurs. She moved to Iowa with $450 in her pocket to live the American dream and pursued a career in higher education landing her first teaching job at a Title 1 school. It was then she realized she had the entrepreneurial bug to help these students and created a program to teach them the skills necessary to do something bigger with their lives.
Fast-forward to today, Olenka empowers female entrepreneurs to take action and teaches them that the biggest progress comes from the tiniest steps.
